Lensity is an AI-powered photo enhancement service that improves travel photos by adjusting pose, angle, and lighting. The service provides automated photo enhancement while preserving the authentic appearance of subjects.

User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload photos of people without their consent
• Upload illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Upload photos of minors without parental consent
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent credit requirements or payment systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Resell or redistribute enhanced photos as your own service

Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to process and enhance them solely for providing the service to you.

Enhanced Photos

You own the enhanced photos generated by our service. You may use them for any personal or commercial purpose.

Our Service

The Lensity platform, including all software, algorithms, and design elements, is our exclusive property and protected by intellectual property laws.

Credits and Payments

• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
• One-time credit purchases never expire
• Pro subscription credits reset monthly and do not roll over
• Credits are only deducted for successful generations
• Refunds are available within 14 days if less than 10% of credits are used
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
• All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Quality

While we work hard to provide high-quality results, AI enhancement results may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or that results will meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lensity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the service or other users
• Non-payment of fees

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, all your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
